Navigate to the desired event page, select the ticket type and quantity, and click "Book Now." You will be guided through the checkout process where you can complete the payment using M-Pesa or card.

After a successful payment, your tickets are available in your **Dashboard** under the **"My Orders"** section. You will also receive an email confirmation with a link to your tickets.

Refund policies are set by the individual event organizer. Generally, refunds are only processed if an event is officially cancelled. Please check the specific terms listed on the event page. For assistance, contact our support team.
